A Study on Correlations among Appearance Satisfaction, Social Competence, and Interpersonal Abilities - With a focus on college students -

Abstract
This study thus set out to analyze relations among appearance satisfaction, social competence, and interpersonal abilities and provide basic data to improve interpersonal abilities. For these purposes, the study collected data with a questionnaire and analyzed total 223 questionnaires. We collected the data from December 3 to 7, 2018. The study analyzed relations among social competence, interpersonal abilities, and appearance satisfaction and found that social competence had positive correlations with interpersonal abilities and appearance satisfaction, which indicates that higher social competence leads to better interpersonal relationships and higher appearance satisfaction.
