A Qualitative Analysis on the Difficulties of Tech Manager in the Management of EduTech in K-12 School

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find the difficulties of tech manager for managementing EduTech in K-12 schools. For this, we conducted qualitative research of 6 members which consist of tech managers and teachers in K-12 schools. The result is as follows. First, There is the difficulty in EduTech work and the conflict between EduTech members because of the unstable distributing works at the beginning of the project. Second, the unstable employment and the lack of supporting system to the EduTech result in the limitation to the job performance. Third, different-simultaneous support requests from the members of school make the fast handling more difficult. Fourth, the system of the professionalism developing programs for tech managers is insufficient. This research provides the policy implications to the organization and operation of support personnel for activating EduTech in school.
