Abstract
This paper proposes the effective application method of flipped-learning in non-face-to-face environment. The flipped learning is a framework for learner centered education, and by designing the effective learning procedure, it is possible to get the various effects of flipped learning, such as the improvement of academic achievement and the cultivation of competencies necessary for future society. We suggest several considerations for instructional design specified to online based flipped learning in non-face-to-face environment. As a method, we proposed a non-face-to-face flipped learning design and application plan of K university, and confirmed the effectiveness and limitations through actual class application. And the implications of applying non-face-to-face flipped learning classes were presented.
