Abstract
Network management has become very important issue due to the broad usage of network. However most of network management software are based on UNIX and very complicated to use. Therefore a simple and compact Network Management System which can be used easily on PC environment is needed. In this paper we address the design and implementation of windows-based network management system which can be easily used.
