Design and Implementation of Stereoscopic 3D Dynamics Educational Simulation System

Abstract
Generally, learners performing experimental activities in physics education can understand concepts of force and dynamics more surely related to experiments in real daily life. In current education situation, however, they don't have enough experiments because of poor conditions such as lack of time for experimental performance. In order to supplement it, Jeong, etc[1] developed a 3D physics education simulation system using motion sensor controller. For enhancing the degree of concentration of experiment performance of leaners in the system, in this paper, we propose a stereoscopic 3D dynamics educational system with the tone of color method for visualizing 3D virtual experimental space stereoscopically. Learners can perform dynamics simulation more realistic through seeing stereoscopic images using the proposed system.
