A Study on the Importance and the Necessity of Simplification of Construction Safety Manager's Work

Abstract
The rate of accidents in the domestic construction industry is on the rise, which is 1.9 times higher than in other industries in 2018. The increasing trend of construction accidents shows the limitation of the current construction safety management system, and enhancement of the effect to prevent accidents in the construction industry is required through carious measures for improvement. This paper aims to increase the efficiency of safety management in the construction industry by deriving standard safety management tasks to prevent accidents in the construction industry and deriving document simplification and importance based on IPA analysis results.
