A total of 169 surveys were analyzed using SPSS 25.0(descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, & multiple regression). Nursing major satisfaction(F=12.66, p<.001) were critical factors affecting college adaptation. Critical thinking disposition(r=.22, p<.01), frustration tolerance(r=-.46, p<.001) were significant factors affecting college adaptation for nursing students. These results indicate that programs that develop critical thinking, frustration tolerance are necessary for nursing students in order to promote college adaptation.
