Abstract
In this study, the deformation analysis technique by synthesizing digital image to analyze the macroscopic deformation trend of Hanok has been proposed. By using this proposed technique the long-term deformation of four Hanoks, which are, Murujeong, Ongojae, Jeeshinjae and Hwakeongdang have been monitored and the results are analyzed. The monitoring period of Hwakeongdang is 2 years and 9 months and the other three Hanoks are 3 years and 9 months. The monitoring results showed that, the eaves and angle rafters and the overall roof structures showed global downward deformation trends. From this results, it can be ascertain that the proposed technique is useful and has field-applicability in figuring out the overall long-term deformation of Hanok.
