It is well known that the lots of people interest in health of their future life. But it is difficult to find the way how to improve their health. The purpose of this paper is to recommended the items that helps the health. in this paper emphasis the social dance is the best way to achieve the goat.
현대사회는 노인 연령층의 인구가 많아지고 건강에 대한 관심이 점점 더 높아지고 있다. 고령화가 진행될수록 운동이 더욱 필요하지만 각자의 신체적 조건에 알맞은 운동을 찾아내어 심신을 단련하기란 그리쉬운 일이 아니다. 여기서는 복합예술 및 스포츠로서의 무도를 소개하여 노후건강에 도움이 되도록 하려는 데 목적이 있다. 우리나라에서 중년 이상의 연령층에 가장 보편화되어 있는 무도는 지르박, 트롯, 블루스, 탱고 등이며, 이들의 기본 동작을 반복적인 훈련을 통해 숙달한다면 노인성 질환의 억제는 물론이고 심신의 건강 증진에도 상당한 도움을 줄 것이라고 본다.
