The Causal Relationship in Teachers' sense of Humor, Empowerment and Job Performance in Childcare Center

This study examines the casual relationship between Sense of humor of teachers in childcare center and empowerment and job performance. The subjects of this study were 645 educare teachers from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheng-do, and Jeonra-do. Spss version 18.0 and Amos 16.0 were used to analyze the date. The result of analysis showed that Sense of humor of teachers in childcare center has positive effect on both their empowerment and job performance, and it creates bigger total effect on their job performance through the mediation of their empowerment.

보육교사의 유머감각과 임파워먼트 및 직무성과 간의 인과모형 연구

본 연구는 보육교사의 유머감각과 임파워먼트 및 직무성과 간의 인과모형을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 충청, 전라 4개 지역의 보육교사 645명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 수집된 자료 분석은 통계프로그램 Spss 18.0과 Amos 16.0을 사용하였다. 분석결과 보육교사의 유머감각은 임파워먼트와 직무성과 모두에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부츠트랩핑 매개효과 검증결과, 보육교사의 유머감각은 직무성과에 직접적으로 미치는 총 효과보다 임파워먼트를 통해 더 큰 효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
