현재 방송과 비디오, 신문 등의 매체를 통해 배포되고 있는 컨텐츠를 향후 인터넷을 통해 디지털 유료 서비스하기 위해서는 저작물에 대한 복제와 불법 유통을 막을 수 있는 기술의 개발이 필요하다. 현재 주문형 음악 서비스에서 사용하고 있는 방법은 서비스 제공자에서 사용자까지 전달되는 과정에서 키(Key)를 사용하여 암호화하는 방법이 있으나 일단 적법한 사용자에 의해서 부호화되고 나면 불법 복제 및 유통을 막을 수 없다는 문제점이 있다. 워터마킹 기술은 네트워크를 통해서 전달되는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠 속에 저작권 소유지의 표시를 숨겨두는 기술로서 지적 재산권 분쟁 있을 경우 재산권을 주장할 수 있는 근거가 된다. 즉, 워터마킹 기술은 인터넷을 기반으로 발달하고 있는 영상, 영화, 오디오, 만화 등의 디지털 컨텐츠의 저작권을 보호하기 위해 로고, 상표, 인감, 직인 등의 저작자 정보를 숨겨두는 기술이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 빠르게 발달하고 있는 디지털 워터마킹 기술을 소개하고 동향을 분석하여 국내의 워터마킹 기술의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 구축에 필요한 규칙추출에 관련되는 지식공학자의 인력 부족자 전문분야에 적합한 지식공학자 확보에 따른 비용 증가, 지식공학자 수행 프로세스의 비 정형화로 인하여 특정한 전문가 시스템의 개발 때마다 관련된 지식획득 과정의 어려움 발생, 전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 특성이 고려되지 않은 개발 과정 수행에 따른 비현실적인 지식베이스 구축 등의 현존 문제점은 효율적인 전문가 시스템 개발의 장애 요인이 되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 전문가 시스템 개발에 있어서 체계적인 규칙추출을 위하여 지식베이스 구축에 관한 분석단계까지를 5개 단계로 세분화하여 지식획득과정을 강화하였고, 각 단계별로 지식공학자가 수행해야 하는 프로세스와 각 프로세스별로 지식공학자가 실질적인 작업을 통해 결과를 산출하는 태스크를 정형화하였다. 규칙추출 프로세스/태스크를 체계적으로 정형화하는 것은 성공적인 전문가 시스템의 개발에 도움을 줄 것이며, 개발자가 지식공학자의 역할을 대행할 수 있으므로 지식공학자의 확보 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 전문가 시스템의 적용 분야에 대한 확대 효과가 기대된다.

현대전에서는 첩보와 정보의 수집 및 분석 능력과 이를 이용한 효과적인 의사결정을 전쟁의 승패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 이를 위하여 첩보와 정보 수집 및 분석을 자동화하기 위한 전장정보분석 자동화에 관한 연구가 국방과학연구소 주관으로 실시되고 있다. 따라서 이와 연계된 의사결정 자동화에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 전장정보를 활용한 의사결정의 중요한 한 분야인 화력분야를 자동화하기 위한 전문가시스템 지식베이스의 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구이다. 화력분야 의사결정은 아군의 가용 화력자산을 효과적으로 운용하는 화력분배가 중심이 되며 이 업무는 화력분배에 전문적인 지식을 가진 장교에 의해 실시된다. 이러한 화력분배 자동화를 위하여 본 논문에서는 화력분배와 관련된 현행 업무 관련 지식을 획득 및 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 규칙집합을 추출하였으며 규칙 집합들간의 상호관계, 입력요소, 출력결과 등을 식별하였다. 또한 규칙집합별로 세부적인 규칙을 도출하였고 객체지향기법을 이용한 클래스, 객체, 속성들을 식별하여 에디터를 이용해 지식베이스를 구축할 수 있도록 설계를 완료하였다.

인공지능(Artificial Intelligence : AI)이란 인간이 가지고 있는 지각, 인식, 이해, 기억, 판단, 학습, 사고, 발견, 창조 등과 같은 지적인 능력을 기계에 실현하고자 하는 분야이다. 즉 기계에 인간이 가진 지능을 복제하여 우리 인간이 소유하고 있는 추론과 학습 메커니즘 등을 이용하여 신속한 계산을 수행할 수 있도록 컴퓨터의 실제 능력을 향상시키는 것이다. 인공지능 분야는 다양한 분야에 응용되어 왔으며 수많은 기술들이 개발되었다. 석유 분야도 예외는 아니며 석유 지질, 탐사, 매장량 평가, 시추, 생산, 수송, 정제 등 다양한 분야에 걸쳐서 인공지능 분야가 활용되어 많은 문제 해결에 적용되고 있다. 이와 같은 취지에서 본 논문에서는 우선 석유 분야별로 활용되고 있는 인공 지능 분야들을 정리하고 그 후 인공지능 분야별로 실제 해결하고 있는 석유 분야의 문제들을 다시 한번 정리하였다. 그 후 특히 석유 분야가 있어서 실제 개발되어 사용중인 전문가 시스템들을 정리하였다. 마지막으로 향후 석유 분야의 전문가 시스템 발전 방향을 간략히 분석하였다.

Although the concept of viewing knowledge as a critical resource has been widely accepted in prior studies, it is not fully understood how to acquire available knowledge in order to improve organizational effectiveness. However, it si sure that organizational knowledge management should pursuit the achievement of the business goal by delivering relevant and useful information to the right person at the right time. Group Support System (GSS) can play an important role to transfer scatter information into meaningful business knowledge for supporting strategic corporate decision-making. This study proposes a fuzzy GSS framework for acquiring workgroup knowledge from individual memory and aggregating workgroup knowledge to organizational knowledge. This study also proposes an architecture to support the fuzzy GSS framework. The architecture consists of user agents, information management agents, and a fuzzy model manager. To illustrate how the fuzzy GSS framework can be used to support the whole process of organization knowledge acquisition, an Internet-based GSS was developed and applied in a marketing decision process. It showed that the framework was effective for acquiring organizational knowledge.

The objective of this paper is to apply Extended AND-OR Graph (EAOG)-related techniques to extract knowledge from a specific problem-domain and perform analysis in complicated decision making area. Expert systems use expertise about a specific domain as their primary source of solving problems belonging to that domain. However, such expertise is complicated as well as uncertain, because most knowledge is expressed in causal relationships between concepts or variables. Therefore, if expert systems can be used effectively to provide more intelligent support for decision making in complicated specific problems, it should be equipped with real-time inference mechanism. We develop two kinds of EAOG-driven inference mechanisms(1) EAOG-based forward chaining and (2) EAOG-based backward chaining. and The EAOG method processes the following three characteristics. 1. Real-time inference : The EAOG inference mechanism is suitable for the real-time inference because its computational mechanism is based on matrix computation. 2. Matrix operation : All the subjective knowledge is delineated in a matrix form, so that inference process can proceed based on the matrix operation which is computationally efficient. 3. Bi-directional inference : Traditional inference method of expert systems is based on either forward chaining or backward chaining which is mutually exclusive in terms of logical process and computational efficiency. However, the proposed EAOG inference mechanism is generically bi-directional without loss of both speed and efficiency.

전문가시스템 개발에 있어서 지식획득 병목현상(knowledge acquisition bottleneck)은 해결해야 할 큰 걸림돌중 하나이다. 지식획득을 위한 여러 과정을 단순화하고 자동화함으로 지식공학자의 작업을 최소화하면서 전문지식을 쉽고 빠르게 획득할 수 있도록 지식획득시스템을 설계·구현한다면 전문가시스템의 대중화는 지금보다 쉽게 이루어질 것이다. 본 연구는 지식 획득시스템 설계와 구현을 위한 연구의 일환으로 기계학습의 한 방법인 PIPPER(Repeated Incremental Pruning to Produce Error Reduction)를 이용하여 규칙을 생성하고 생성된 규칙을 JESS(Justification based Expert System Shell)에서 처리하도록 하였다. 규칙을 생성하기 위한 데이터는 Bohanec이 1997년도에 만든 자동차 평가 데이터베이스(Car Evaluation Database)를 사용하여 실험하였으며, 1700여 개의 레코드에서 약 40개의 규칙이 생성되었고, 생성된 규칙은 지식베이스의 정당성을 위반하지 않으면서 실행되었다.

오늘날 기술집약적인 벤처기업들에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 소수의 진취적인 벤처기업들이 기술개발 및 신상품 개발 등 두드러진 활약을 보이고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 실제 이 벤처기업의 성공 가능성은 그렇게 높지 않다. 특히 벤처기업 환경이 아직 미약한 국내의 경우 위험부담이 훨씬 더 크다. 이러한 벤처기업 환경에서 투자대상 벤처기업을 선정하는 것은 매우 전략적인 의사결정이다. 일반적으로 일반 벤처투자가들은 관심이 있는 산업에 해당하는 기업의 사업계획서와 기초적인 관련 정보를 토대로 투자여부를 결정한다. 그렇지만 실제로는 이와 같은 분석에 필수적으로 요구되는 정보가 불확실할 뿐만 아니라 기술분야에 대한 전문적 지식도 부족하기 때문에 투자 여부를 결정하는 것은 매우 복잡하고 어려운 문제이다. 그러므로 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 효과적으로 지원해주는 체계적인 접근이 필요하다. 특히 벤처 사업과 관련된 기술 동향 및 수준 등에 관련된 전문 지식과 경험이 체계적으로 제공되어야 하고 또한 벤처 투자가의 개인적 경험과 판단이 평가 프로세스에 직접적으로 반영될 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문가의 지식과 경험을 체계화하고 투자가의 개인적 판단을 효과적으로 수용할 수 있는 전문가시스템의 접근방법을 제시하고자 한다. 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축하기 위해 본 연구에서는 다양한 정보수집 과정을 거쳤다. 우선 벤처 투자와 관련된 기존 문헌을 심층 분석하였으며 아울러 벤처 투자 업계에서 활약중인 전문 벤처캐피탈리스트들과의 수차례 인터뷰를 통해 벤처기업 평가의 주요 요인과 의사결정 과정을 파악할 수 있었다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 본 연구에서는 벤처 투자의 90%를 차지하는 정보통신분야에 속한 기법 중에서 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축중이다.의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. 선석계획 및 크레인 일정계획은 컨테이너 터미널에서 입항하는 선박들의 빈번한 변동상황에 능동적으로 대처하고 유연하면서도 신속한 의사결정이 가능하도록 여러 명의 전문가가 장기적인 계획을 바탕으로 지속적으로 수정 보완해 나가는 방법으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선사 및 컨테이너 터미널에서 수시로 변경되는 다양한 요구조건을 수용하는 최적의 선석 및 크레인 일정계획 수립을 위하여 제약만족기법과 휴리스틱 교정(Heuristic Repair)기법을 이용하였다. 선석계획 및 크레인 일정 계획문제는 기본적으로 제약조건 만족문제로 정형화할 수 있지만 선박의 접안위치를 결정하는 문제는 목적함수를 가지는 최적화문제이다. 따라서 이 문제는 제약조건 만족문제와 최적화문제가 혼합된 문제(CSOP, Constraint Satisfaction and Optimization Problem)로 볼 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 각 선박의 최적 전압위치를 찾고 최우선 순위 선박의 최적 접안위치로부터 주어진 모든 제약조건을 만족하는 해를 찾는 탐색기법을 활용했고 휴리스틱 교정기법을 사용해서 제약만족기법에서 찾은 해를 교정했다. 우선순위가 가장 높은 선박부터 탐색을 하기 위해 Variable Ordering 기법을 사용했고 그 선박의 최적 접안위치부터 탐색을 해 나가는 Value Ordering 기법을 사용하였다. 실제 부산 신선대 컨테이너 터미널의 선석계획자료를 사용해서 실험을 하였다.

본 논문은 교차로에 설치된 영상검지기로부터 들어온 교통정보 중 공간교통정보에 해당하는 차량 대기길이를 측정을 하는 방법으로 각 차선(lane)별 검지영역에 대하여 웨이브렛 변형(Wavelet Transforms)을 하여 차량을 검지하고, 검지영역 내에서 차량의 대기길이를 측정하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존의 방법으로는 차량 윤곽선 추출(edge detection)을 이용한 대기길이 측정 방법이나 배경(background)정보를 사전에 입수한 후 임계값 이상의 변화가 있을 때 차량을 검지하여 대기길이를 측정하는 방법 등이 연구되어 왔으나 이러한 방법들은 영상의 노이즈에 대하여 크게 영향을 받는다는 문제점이 있다. 그러나 본 알고리즘은 영상의 노이즈에 대하여 크게 영향을 받지 않을 뿐만 아니라 시간대 변화에 따른 도로의 명암값(intensity or gray level)을 추정할 필요가 없다는 특징이 있다. 특히, 야간 영상인 경우 차량 헤드라이트로 인한 검지오류도 감소할 수가 있다. 본 논문에서 실험은 주간, 야간 각각 1개 차선의 80개 표본크기로 실험을 하였으며, 대기길이는 정지 대기길이(standing queue length)와 이동 대기길이(moving queue length)로 나누어 측정을 하였다. 그 결과 주간, 야간의 경우 정지 대기길이는 2.14%, 2.24%, 이동 대기길이는 2.59%, 2.74%의 오차율로 측정이 되었다.

국내 무역업무 환경이 EDI 시스템 도입 및 정부의 적극적인 활성화 정책에 힘입어 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화와 함께 EDI 시스템 도입, 활용방법, 성과측정 및 표준화에 대한 연구들이 다각적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이 중에서도 기업에게 있어서 EDI 도입에 따른 성과향상 및 성과측정이라는 이슈는 대단히 중요한 의미를 가질 뿐만 아니라, EDI 시스템 도입의 궁극적인 목표이기도 하다. 이러한 배경하에서 EDI 시스템도입에 따른 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 EDI 시스템 구현 및 활용방안 등에 대한 기존연구들이 많이 소개되어 있다. 그러나, 실제적으로 EDI 시스템을 활용하면서 시스템에 대한 통제요인의 개발 및 통제요인간의 인과관계 확인과 요인들간의 상관성 조절을 통해서 기업 전체의 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 EDI 통제모형의 개발에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 EDI 성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 통제요인 및 이들간의 상관관계를 밝히고, 이를 퍼지인식도 (FCM: Fuzzy Cognitive Map)와 연계하여 효율적으로 EDI 시스템을 통제할 수 있는 통제모형을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 향후 인터넷 사용의 많은 부분이 현재의 인간 사용자에게 에이전트로 옮겨져 갈 때 정보 검색과 상거래 활동을 중심으로 하는 현 인터넷 비즈니스 모델에 영향(Impact)으로 작용할 수 있는 요소들을 분석하고, 이로 야기되는 새로운 비즈니스 모델의 출현 및 현 비즈니스 모델의 변화에 대하여 고찰한다. 지능형 에이전트로 인한 현 인터넷 비즈니스 광고모델의 변화 및 새로운 광고모델의 등장 가능성, 인터넷상에서 제공하는 서비스에 대한 가격의 변화, 소비자/공급자간 관계의 변화, 중개업자(Intermediary)의 소멸(Disintermediation)가능성, 각 웹사이트들이 가지는 명성 및 브랜드 효과에 대하여 지능형 에이전트가 끼치는 영향 및 이로 인한 Facilitator의 출현 가능성, 에이전트를 활용한 새로운 서비스 등장으로 인한 현 기업조직 및 전략에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하고 그 시사점(Implications)을 도출하였다.

It is certain that EC(Electronic Commerce) applying the internet will be activated in the knowledge society of 21 century based on IT(Information Technology). Though this change of social environment helps the useful information resource available to expand, it looks like that the rapid inclease in lots of information to gather makes colleges, reseach laboratories and public institutions to spend more man power and money on work of book purchases than before and now. Therefore the most urgent part for the business process reengineering in work of information service center is the business of book purchases. The business of book purchases is the core part in organizations and facilities. It should construct the books which the organigation and facility need in the most economical and efficient way within the range of physically receptive capacity with the limited budget. These organigations and facilities have to establish the policy of the book stock which they should possess and also librarians should endeavour to configure the kernel book stock constantly. I assert that they need to ensure a specialty with the improvement of business process accompanying choosing and purchasing the books. Especially, in a case of purchasing foreign books by request of members like professors, students, researcher and so on they have to replace the business of book purchase using agency with direct dealing using EC. This Business Process Reengineering will cut down on expenses, offer the transparency of book purchases and also give the users confidence. Moreover the Business Process Reengineering make it possible to build well constructed main books and information resource. The people in charge are enabled to acquire the knowledge of subjects with contiuous search for books of a spcial area and self-study. These experts in work will raise the quality of information service. Information service center will be the core in the 21c knowledge industry. To streng then value of it, efficiently run it and control it the existing business of book purchasing should be replace with direct dealing using EC applying the internet.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 확산에 따른 전자상거래의 활성화는 조직과 규모 면에서 열세인 중소기업들의 판로 확장 및 홍보를 위한 새로운 대안으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나, 전자상거래 환경은 비약적으로 성장하고 있지만, 여전히 국내 중소기업들은 인력 및 자금의 상대적인 열세로 이러한 환경변화에 효과적으로 대응치못하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하기위한 노력의 일환으로, 인터넷 상의 판매 에이전트를 지원할 수 있는 가상생산 에이전트(Virtual Manufacturing Agent)의 개발에 관한 내용을 담고 있다. 지금까지의 가상생산 시스템(Virtual Manufacturing Systme)에 관한 연구는 주로 설계, 공정, 제어 최적화에 그 초점을 두고 있으며, 가상생산 에이전트에 관한 연구는 이러한 문제를 지능형 에이전트 구조로 해결하고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존의 연구와 달리 전자상거래 환경하에서 중소제조업체의 판매활동을 돕기 위한 판매에이전트를 실제 생산시스템과 연계하는 관점에서 가상생산 에이전트를 설계, 구현하였다.

유선의 인터넷과 무선 이동통신 서비스를 통합할 수 있는 다양한 기술에 대한 사실상의 표준인 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)이 마련된 것은 기존의 유선 인터넷 서비스 제공업체에는 대규모이 무선 이동통신 가입자에 접근할 수 있는 기회가 제공된 것이다. 따라서, 기존의 인터넷 비즈니스 모델을 유, 무선이 통합된 환경으로 재정립할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 유, 무선 인터넷 서비스 통합을 위한 기술과 선도적으로 통합 모델을 이용하여 서비스를 확장하고 있는 사례를 분석, 소개하였다. 확장된 비즈니스 모델 사례를 제시함으로써, 인터넷 비즈니스 모델 분석의 영역 확대의 가능성을 제시하였고, 앞으로 좀 더 정교하고 세분화된 통합 모델을 제시하여 유, 무선의 통합 인터넷 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 기업에 실질적인 분석의 틀과 도구를 제공하고자 한다.

인터넷을 활용한 전자상거래는 인류가 경험해 보지 못한 가장 크고 효율적인 유통시스템이다. 다가오는 21세기에는 정보산업의 핵심이 현재의 정보기술 관련 산업에서 인터넷 유통으로 변화할 것으로 기대된다. 인터넷 상점의 사용용이성은 전자상거래의 활성화를 위하여 중요한 문제점으로 인식되고 있으나 이를 평가하기 위한 구체적이고 체계적인 평가벙법에 관한 연구는 많지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 인지과학분야에서 개발된 GOMS를 인터넷상점의 상용용이성 평가에 적절하도록 변형시키고, 이를 근거로 평가시스템(WebGOMS)을 개발하였다. 본 시스템을 이용하면, 인지과학이나 GOMS의 분석 경험이 많지 않은 일반 웹개발자도 쉽게 인터넷상점의 사용용이성을 평가하고, 개선된 디자인을 설계할 수 있을 것이다.

구매 의사 결정 과정에서 구매자는 상품 정보와 가격 정보를 필요로 한다. 웹상의 판매자 위주의 시장으로부터 필요한 정보를 수집하려면, 구매자는 매번 구매 때마다 판매자의 사이트를 검색해야 한다. 심지어 구매자가 거래하고 있는 판매자로부터 과거에 구매한 경험이 있는 아이템을 구매하는 경우에도 마찬가지이다. 현재의 전자상거래 환경에서는, 이렇게 기억을 활용하지 않고(memory-less) 검색에만 의존하는 구매자의 행태가 일반적이다. 이 현상을 조직의 구매 경험이 구성원들에게 공유되어야 하는 기업 구매자의 경우에 있어서는 대단히 낭비적인 요소로 작용될 것이다. 구매자 에이전트에게 기억 능력을 부여하려면, 구매자 에이전트와 판매자 에이전트가 갖고 있는 정보간의 일관성을 유지해 주어야 할 필요가 있다. 최소의 노력으로 일관성을 유지하려면, 구매자 에이전트와 판매자 에이전트간에 체계적인 갱신 프로토콜이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 6가지의 프로토콜(Instantaneous Pull, Periodic Pull, Instantaneous Push, Periodic Push, Instantaneous Solicited Push, Periodic Solicited Push)을 비교하고, 에이전트의 아키텍처와 KQML/XML에 기반 한 메시지 구조를 제시한다. 이들 프로토콜의 상황에 따른 수행 성능 평가가 진행 중이며, 이러한 상황에 적응할 수 있는 에이전트의 프로토타입이 현재 개발 중이다.

In the literature, the general framework of competitive forces has been used extensively to analyze industries in the traditional economy. More specifically, the model has been used to develop strategies for companies in various sectors. The general model can also be used to analyze the use of information technology to enhance competitive advantage. This paper extends the conceptual model to the Internet environment. For concreteness, the concepts are examined in the context of the health care industry. In addition, a comparative analysis is performed to examine the similarities and differences in providing merchandise or services in cyberspace.

지능형 교육 시스템에서 학습자 모델은 학습자의 반응을 토대로 교수모듈과 전문가 모듈을 연계하여 새로운 학습자 모델을 제시하는 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 이는 성공적인 지능형 교육 시스템의 구현에 있어서 핵심적인 부분이다. 따라서 많은 대학교 및 연구소에서 그동안 학습자 모형에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어져오고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 연구는 단일 학습자 모형을 기반으로 두고 있으며, 이러한 단일 학습자 모형을 이용한 시스템들은 학습자의 지식 또는 학습자의 성향을 정확히 파악하기는 어려움을 갖고 있을 뿐만 아니라 다른 모듈과의 인터페이스 부분에서 중복된 많은 정보를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 학습자의 지식을 정확하게 진단하고 각 모듈간의 중복된 정보를 보완할 수 있는 다중 학습자 모형을 개발하여 구현하였다. 또한 이러한 다중 학습자 모형을 최적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하기위하여 agent기법을 적용하였다. Agent를 이용한 다중 학습자 모형을 적용하여 구현한 시스템은 첫째, 단계적인 접근 방법으로 보다 정확한 학습자의 지식 진단이 가능하다. 둘째, 학습과정중 학습자의 심리 상태 및 학습자의 선호도 등 파악이 용이하다. 셋째, 교수모듈과 전문가 모듈과의 연계에 있어서 정보의 중복됨의 최소화 등의 장점을 제공한다.

본 연구는 Web상에서 원격 협력 학습을 위한 수준별 학습자 모집 스케줄링 에이전트의 설계와 구현에 관해 제안한다. 본 시스템의 구조는 원격 교사 모듈과 여러 명의 학습자, 그리고 이를 연결해 주는 스케줄링 Agents, 학습자를 진단할 수 있는 진단 Agent로 구성된다. 컴퓨터가 분산환경으로 발전됨에 따라서 교육의 변화도 가속화되었고, 지식의 공유와 정보의 공유가 원격 협력학습에 의하여 절실히 필요하게 되었다. 원격 협력 학습에서의 학습자는 동일한 과목과 주제에 흥미를 느끼는 여러 명의 아동이 동시에 학습할 수 있는 상황이 필요하며, 선행 지식 또한 비슷한 수준이어야 동일한 주제로 학습의 효과가 있다. 이런 학습자를 판단하기 위해서 진단 Agent가 학습자를 진단하며 스케줄링 Agents의 학습자 지식에 추가한 후 스케줄링 Agents가 학습자의 기본 사항과 요구 내용을 추론하여 비슷한 수준의 학습자를 연결한다. 교사 모듈은 전통적인 ITS의 구조의 교수 학습 모듈, 전문가모듈로 구성되어 교수 학습을 할 수 있다. 이렇게 여러 명의 학습자를 연결하여 협력학습을 하기 위해서는 학습자간의 요구사항과 지식 수준 그리고 학습 가능한 시간이 같아야 하는데 이를 위해 시간을 자원으로 하는 동적 자원 스케줄링(Dynamic Resource Scheduling)으로 모델링 하였다. 본 연구에서 도형학습을 기반으로 하는 실험을 통해 구현한 원격 협력학습을 위한 지능형 스케줄링 에이전트를 평가하였다.

The objective of this paper is to propose a brand new interface mechanism to provide more intelligent decision making support for EC problems. Its main virtue is based on a numerical process mechanism by using an Extended AND-OR Graph (EAOG)-based logic algebra. Using this mechanism, decision makers engaged in electronic commerce (EC) can effectively deal with complicated decision making problems. In the field of traditional expert systems research, AND-OR Graph approach has been suggested as a useful tool for representing the logic flowchart of the forward and/or backward chaining inference methods. However, the AND-OR Graph approach cannot be effectively used in the EC problems in which real-time problem-solving property should be highly required. In this sense, we propose the EAOG inference mechanism for EC problem-solving in which heurisric knowledge necessary for intelligent EC problem-solving can be represented in a form of matrix. Finally, we have proved the validity of our approach with several propositions and an illustrative EC example

인터넷을 기반으로 한 정보통신의 급속한 발전이라는 기업환경의 변화에 적응하기 위해서 기업은 점차 모든 경영시스템을 인터넷을 기반으로 하도록 변화시키고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기업 조직 또한 전세계를 기반으로한 글로벌 기업 형태로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 급속한 경영환경의 변화로 인해서 기업 내에서는 종전과는 다른 형태의 부서간 상호의사결정조정 과정이 필요하게 되었다. 일반 기업들을 대상으로 한 상호의사결정의 지원과정에 대해서는 기존에 많은 연구들이 있었으나 글로벌기업과 같은 네트워크 형태의 새로운 형태의 기업에 있어서의 상호의사결정과정을 지원할 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템에 대해서는 단순한 그룹의사결정지원시스템 또는 분산의사결정지원시스템과 같은 연구들이 주를 이루고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인터넷 특히, 웹을 기반으로 한 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 기업의 글로벌경영 및 분산 경영에서 비롯되는 부서간 상호의사결정이라는 문제를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 메커니즘을 제시하고 이에 기반한 프로토타입 형태의 시스템을 구현하여 성능을 검증하고자 한다. 특히, 기업 내에서 가장 대표적으로 상호의사결정지원이 필요한 생산과 마케팅 부서를 대상으로 상호의사결정지원 메커니즘을 개발하고 실험을 진행하였다. 그 결과 글로벌 기업내의 생산과 마케팅 부서간 상호의사결정을 효율적으로 지원 할 수 있는 상호조정 메카니즘인 개선된 PROMISE(PROduction and Marketing Interface Support Environment)를 기반으로 한 웹 분산의사결정지원시스템 (Web-DSS : Web-Decision Support Systems)을 제안하는 바이다.자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축중이다.의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. The amount of financial information in today's sophisticated large data bases is huge and makes comparisons between company performance difficult or at least very time consuming. The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether neural networks in the form of self-organizing maps can be used to manage the complexity in large data bases. This paper structures and analyzes accounting numbers in a large data base over several time periods. By using self-organizing maps, we overcome the problems associated with finding the appropriate underlying distribution and the functional form of the underlying data in the structuring task that is often encountered, for example, when using cluster analysis. The method chosen also offers a way of visualizing the results. The data base in this study consists of annual reports of more than 80 Korean companies with data from the year 1998.

In this paper, a translation, rotation and scale invariant system for the classification of closed 2D images using the bispectrum of a contour sequence and the weighted fuzzy mean method is derived and compared with the classification process using one of the competitive neural algorithm, called a LVQ(Learning Vector Quantization). The bispectrun based on third order cumulants is applied to the contour sequences of the images to extract fifteen feature vectors for each planar image. These bispectral feature vectors, which are invariant to shape translation, rotation and scale transformation, can be used to represent two-dimensional planar images and are fed into an classifier using weighted fuzzy mean method. The experimental processes with eight different shapes of aircraft images are presented to illustrate the high performance of the proposed classifier.

In this paper, we propose a new hybrid model of artificial neural networks(ANNs) and genetic algorithm (GA) to optimal feature transformation and feature weighting. Previous research proposed several variants of hybrid ANNs and GA models including feature weighting, feature subset selection and network structure optimization. Among the vast majority of these studies, however, ANNs did not learn the patterns of data well, because they employed GA for simple use. In this study, we incorporate GA in a simultaneous manner to improve the learning and generalization ability of ANNs. In this study, GA plays role to optimize feature weighting and feature transformation simultaneously. Globally optimized feature weighting overcome the well-known limitations of gradient descent algorithm and globally optimized feature transformation also reduce the dimensionality of the feature space and eliminate irrelevant factors in modeling ANNs. By this procedure, we can improve the performance and enhance the generalisability of ANNs.

In this paper, we propose the rough set approach to extract trading rules able to discriminate between bullish and bearish markets in stock market. The rough set approach is very valuable to extract trading rules. First, it does not make any assumption about the distribution of the data. Second, it not only handles noise well, but also eliminates irrelevant factors. In addition, the rough set approach appropriate for detecting stock market timing because this approach does not generate the signal for trade when the pattern of market is uncertain. The experimental results are encouraging and prove the usefulness of the rough set approach for stock market analysis with respect to profitability.

The credit rating represents an assessment of the relative level of risk associated with the timely payments required by the debt obligation. In this paper, we present a new approach to credit rating of customers based on the rough set theory. The concept of a rough set appeared to be an effective tool for the analysis of customer information systems representing knowledge gained by experience. The customer information system describes a set of customers by a set of multi-valued attributes, called condition attributes. The customers are classified into groups of risk subject to an expert's opinion, called decision attribute. A natural problem of knowledge analysis consists then in discovering relationships, in terms of decision rules, between description of customers by condition attributes and particular decisions. The rough set approach enables one to discover minimal subsets of condition attributes ensuring an acceptable quality of classification of the customers analyzed and to derive decision rules from the customer information system which can be used to support decisions about rating new customers. Using the rough set approach one analyses only facts hidden in data, it does not need any additional information about data and does not correct inconsistencies manifested in data; instead, rules produced are categorized into certain and possible. A real problem of the evaluation of the evaluation of credit rating by a department store is studied using the rough set approach.

An application of case-based reasoning is proposed to build an influence diagram for identifying successful new ventures. The decision to invest in new ventures in characterized by incomplete information and uncertainty, where some measures of firm performance are quantitative, while some others are substituted by qualitative indicators. Influence diagrams are used as a model for representing investment decision problems based on incomplete and uncertain information from a variety of sources. The building of influence diagrams needs much time and efforts and the resulting model such as a decision model is applicable to only one specific problem. However, some prior knowledge from the experience to build decision model can be utilized to resolve other similar decision problems. The basic idea of case-based reasoning is that humans reuse the problem solving experience to solve a new decision. In this paper, we suggest a case-based reasoning approach to build an influence diagram for the class of investment decision problems. This is composed of a retrieval procedure and an adaptation procedure. The retrieval procedure use two suggested measures, the fitting ratio and the garbage ratio. An adaptation procedure is based on a decision-analytic knowledge and decision participants knowledge. Each step of procedure is explained step by step, and it is applied to the investment decision problem in new ventures.

Recently, numerous studies have demonstrated that artificial intelligence such as neural networks can be an alternative methodology for classification problems to which traditional statistical methods have long been applied. In building neural network model, the selection of independent and dependent variables should be approached with great care and should be treated as a model construction process. Irrespective of the efficiency of a learning procedure in terms of convergence, generalization and stability, the ultimate performance of the estimator will depend on the relevance of the selected input variables and the quality of the data used. Approaches developed in statistical methods such as correlation analysis and stepwise selection method are often very useful. These methods, however, may not be the optimal ones for the development of neural network models. In this paper, we propose a genetic algorithms approach to find an optimal or near optimal input variables for neural network modeling. The proposed approach is demonstrated by applications to bankruptcy prediction modeling. Our experimental results show that this approach increases overall classification accuracy rate significantly.

본 연구는 데이터마이닝 기법과 전문가 지식을 활용한 옵션가격 결정모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 첫째, 데이터마이닝 기법 주의 하나인 인공신경망 기법을 활용하여 변동성과 옵션가격을 추정하고, 이를 전통적인 재무이론의 결과와 비교하였다. 인공신경망으로 추정된 변동성은 기존의 모형에 비해 개선된 성과를 보였으며, 가격결정모형은 대등한 성과를 보였다. 또한 모수적 기법과 비모수적 기법의 통합을 통해 성과의 개선을 가져올 수 있음을 보였다. 둘째, 시장 참여자들의 정보를 반영하여 옵션의 이론적 가격결정모형의 성과를 개선할 수 있는 사례기반추론시스템을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 이원화된 위험을 분류하는데 사용된 여러 가지 데이터마이닝(datamining) 기법들의 성과를 측정·비교하는데 있어서, 표본추출(sampling error)의 영향, 표본의 구성비 영향, 기존의 전통적 위험예측치의 문제점등을 살펴보고, 새로운 위험예측치를 제시하여 실증적으로 비교, 검증하는 것을 연구의 주목적으로 하고 있다.

사례기반 추론을 포함한 Lazy Learning 방법들은 인공신경망이나 의사결정 나무와 같은 Eager Learning 방법들과 비교하여 여러 가지 상대적인 장점을 가지고 있다. 그러나 Lazy Learning 방법은 역시 상대적인 단점들도 가지고 있다. 첫째로 사례를 저장하기 위하여 많은 공간이 필요하며, 둘째로 문제해결 시점에서 시간이 많이 소요된다. 그러나 보다 심각한 문제점은 사례가 관련성이 낮은 속성들을 많이 가지고 있는 경우에 Lazy Learning 방법은 사례를 비교할 때에 혼란을 겪을 수 있다는 점이며, 이로 인하여 분류 정확도가 크게 저하될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 Lazy Learning 방법을 위한 속성 가중치 부여 방법들이 많이 연구되어 왔다. 그러나 기존에 발표된 대부분의 방법들이 속성 가중치의 유효 범위를 전역적으로 하는 것들이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새로운 지역적 속성 가중치 부여 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 속성 가중치 부여 방법(CBDFW : 사례기반 동적 속성 가중치 부여)은 사례별로 속성 가중치를 다르게 부여하는 방법으로서 사례기반 추론의 원리를 속성 가중치 부여 과정에 적용하는 것이다. CBDFW의 장점으로서 (1) 수행 방법이 간단하며, (2) 논리적인 처리 비용이 기존 방법들에 비해 낮으며, (3) 신축적이라는 점을 들 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 신용 평가 문제에 CBDFW의 적용을 시도하였고, 다른 기법들과 비교에서 비교적 우수한 결과를 얻었다.
