Aim & Scope
Mycobiology is a fully open access journal that publishes research on fungi and fungus-like organisms. The journal focuses on yeasts, filamentous fungi, lichen fungi, oomycetes, molds , and mushrooms. It is published bimonthly and is the official publication of the Korean Society of Mycology. Mycobiology is an international journal that aims to publish fundamental and applied investigations on all aspects of mycology and their traditional allies. Other topics include but are not limited to: -Molecular and cellular biology -Biochemistry -Developmental biology -Metabolism -Environmental mycology, evolution, ecology -Taxonomy and systematics -Genetics/genomics -Fungal pathogen and disease control -Physiology -Industrial biotechnology using fungi
