수요응답형 자율주행 대중교통서비스 평가 방법

An Approach to the Service Evaluation of Demand-Responsive Autonomous Mobility

수요응답형 교통수단(demand-responsive transit: DRT)은 대중교통 서비스가 부족한 지역에 적정 수준의 서비스를 공급하고자 하는 개념으로 최근 인천 수요응답형 교통수단(Incheon mobility on demand: I-MOD), 세종 셔클 등 민간에서 서비스를 제공하기 시작했으며, 최근 자율주행기술을 접목하여 서비스를 제공하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 환경 변화에 맞춰 본 연구는 수요응답형 자율주행 대중교통서비스 평가 방법을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 국·내외 관련 평가 제도, 연구 사례 및 자율주행 대중교통서비스의 특성을 검토하여 수요응답형 자율주행 대중교통서비스에 적합한 평가 지표 및 방법을 제시하고 계층화 분석(analytic hierarchy process: AHP)을 통해 각 지표의 중요도를 산정하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 향후 수요응답형 자율주행 대중교통서비스를 제공하는 기관 평가에 활용되어 서비스 경쟁력을 제고하고 지속가능성을 확보하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Demand-responsive transit (DRT) is a concept introduced to provide appropriate service to areas with insufficient public transit services. Since the focus has been on regional expansion, a service evaluation and feedback system has not yet been established. In the context of recent research to combine DRT service and autonomous driving technology, this study examines domestic and overseas-related evaluation systems and research cases to discover indicators that meet demand-response autonomous mobility service evaluation. This study proposes a method for evaluating demand-responsive autonomous mobility services using an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique based on the investigated indicators. It is expected that the results will be used as primary data for building an evaluation system, contributing to enhanced service competitiveness and secure sustainability.
