Jonghee Bae made significant contributions to the OD processing during the KPLO launch and early operations phase (LEOP). Lastly, this paper is dedicated to the memory of the Late Dr. Young-Rok Kim, a dear friend and colleague, who devoted himself to the field of KPLO flight dynamics.
