The Effect of 20's Women's Dysmenorrhea & Naengkam with Self Treatment Programs by Jewelry Bed

보석침대 자가 치유프로그램이 20대 여성의 생리통과 냉감에 미치는 영향

Abstract

The purpose of this study was proceed for 4weeks to determine the effect of 20's women's dysmenorrhea with self treatment programs by Jewelry bed. The subjects of this study participated 30 persons, Experimental group was performed Jewelry bed self treatment programs combined with lower body and lower extremity pattern and trunk for three times per week, during 4 weeks. A dysmenorrhea was appeared younger women's with naengkam. The results of comparison of variations in each groups showed that there was a significant difference in the experimental group(p<0.05). It looks liked limited but this research got a meaning to successful recovery motivations can gives to un-selfished peoples with dysmenorrhea problems on their physical body. Finally, It mentioned these study results will be useful as reference data for the research about the reduce for women's dysmenorrhea in the later.

본 연구는 4주간 20대의 여성을 대상으로 보석침대 자가치유 프로그램이 생리통과 냉감의 감소에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보았다. 실험대상자는 총 30명이었으며, 4주간 주 3회 씩 하복부와 하지 및 체간에 대한, 보석침대 생리통 감소 자가 치유 프로그램을 실시하였고, 결과는 다음과 같았다. 생리통과 냉감의 군내 비교에서는 실험군에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서, 보석침대 자가 치유 프로그램이 생리통과 냉감의 감소에 각각 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 제한적이지만 본 연구에서 평소 생리통으로 인해 본인 신체에 대한 자신감을 갖지 못하는 사람들에게 자존감을 회복시켜 줄 수 있는 동기부여를 제공할 수 있다는 것에 의의를 두고자 한다. 결론적으로 추후 다양한 실험자들에게 여성의 생리통과 냉감 감소를 위한 연구에 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다.
