초록

This paper introduces the development of a CMS, GreenEye CMS, in accordance with the DNVGL-SE-0439 guidelines and its application example of a 3 MW offshore wind turbine. The DNVGL-SE-0439 are describes and introduces requirements for CMS such as measurement method, physical channel number and analysis algorithm. In this paper, the CMS installation and commissioning procedure is explained. The CMS installation example in the 3MW offshore wind turbine. Ten accelerometers were attached to the turbine's main bearings, gearbox and generator. The CMS processes the vibration signal measured by the sensor to monitor the turbine's fault frequency and performs analysis in accordance with the guidelines. It is important to define the reference value because CMS diagnoses the failure of the turbine with a reference value that is precisely determined based on the steady state of the turbine. The two-month commissioning procedure for determining the turbine's reference value is described. Statistical analysis of data during the commissioning period is performed to determine the five active bins and the monitoring index for the turbine.
