The Correlation between Nurse's image, Biomedical ethics and Professionalism in Nursing Students

간호학생의 간호사이미지, 생명윤리의식 및 간호전문직관의 상관관계

Abstract

This study was done to identify the relationship between nurses's image, biomedical ethics, and professionalism of nursing students. Subjects were 223 nursing students in Korea. Data were collected using self-report questionaires from September 4 to 19, 2014. Data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation using SPSS Win 20 program. Nurse's image was significantly correlation with biomedical ethics and professionalism in nursing students. Therefore, to increase nurse's image, biomedical ethics and professionalism of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and test program for improving nurse's image, biomedical ethics and professionalism of nursing students.

본 연구의 목적은 간호학생의 간호사이미지, 생명윤리의식, 간호전문직관의 정도와 상관관계를 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 G도의 간호학생 223명에게 설문지를 이용하여 2014년 9월 4일부터 9월 19일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 20 program을 이용하여 빈도, t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였고, 피어슨의 상관계수를 구하였다. 연구결과 간호학생의 간호사이미지와 생명윤리의식의 관계는 정적 상관관계가(r=.279, p<.001), 간호사이미지와 간호전문직관의 관계는 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.568, p<.001). 또한, 생명윤리의식과 간호전문직관의 관계도 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.384, p<.001). 따라서 간호학생의 간호사이미지, 생명윤리의식, 간호전문직관을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.
