Abstract

The damage and urban architecture, there is also a direct damage, such as destruction of the city and built in disasters and disaster occurs, but the functionality road, gas, electricity, water and sewerage, communications, and other main lifeline is (life line) there is also indirect damage that paralyze. It is necessary to consider a judicial and technical standards for the functional maintenance of disaster. In particular, government facilities, and complete the anti-communist issue most, it is operated as a shelter and exhibition of actual disaster. It has been recognized as a concept of maintenance facilities of important urban functions to disaster. Disaster prevention activities in the event of a disaster, that is, it has appeared as a basic element which is indispensable to such restoration to understand and predict disaster, contrast, the damage situation. When you lose the function of the government office, the economic loss lifesaving, emergency restoration, safety confirmation, etc. In this study, refers to the emergency cut off and power shortages due to the disaster and disaster, and renewable energy for functional maintenance of important equipment for functional maintenance of equipment due to the delay of the recovery time of emergency government buildings it is intended to study measures to take advantage of, and to ensure the reliability of the emergency power supply.
