초록
지방의료원의 공공의료 활성화를 위하여 공공의료 본래의 공공성에 대한 고찰과 지방의료원의 현 실태를 파악하고 선행연구 분석과 연구자의 경험을 바탕으로 정책적 요인, 환경적 요인, 재정적 요인, 그리고 자생적 요인이 지방의료원의 활성화에 영향을 미친다고 가정하여 충남 4개 지방의료원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 실증 분석을 통해 4가지 요인과 40가지 하위 변수들과의 관계를 밝히고 가설을 검증하였다. 실증적 분석으로서 배경요소를 제시하여 가설 및 연구 모형의 설정, 연구집단 및 분석 방법의 설정, 요인분석 및 신뢰 타당도 분석을 실시하고, 윈도우 7 운영체제의 SPSS 19.0을 분석도구로 지방의료원의 활성화 요인과 변수와의 관계를 조사하였으며, PLS 2.0을 분석도구로 모형분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다.
