초록
본 논문은 미국 대학의 리더십 교육 프로그램 사례를 고찰하였다. 또한 국내 기독교 대학교육을 중심으로 하는 코칭 프로그램의 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 산업체가 요구하는 리더십 교육의 목적과 내용들을 중심으로 제반사례 분석을 실시하고 국내 B 대학의 IT 전공에 적용 예를 제시하였다. 본 논문은 한국 리더십 교육에서 반영되지 않고 있는 세부적인 요소들을 분석하고 있다. 제안된 논문은 산업체와 국내 대학의 리더십 교육에서 요소분석에 주요 지표로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 전망한다.
This paper reviews cases of leadership training program of United States of America University. Also it proposes guideline of coaching program for domestic Christian students. In according to the needs of industry, it enforces a various case analysis in center of purpose and contents of leadership training and propose coaching program case in the Korean 'B'University(IT major). This paper analysis the detailed elements, which is not reflected in Korean leadership training. The proposed paper has a view in an index of main application for elements analysis of leadership training in industry and Korean university.
