Abstract
The effects of cell lytic enzyme treatment on total phenolic content, antioxidant and antityrosinase activities of lotus leaf were investigated. The dried lotus leaves were hydroyzed by cell lytic enzymes such as Promozyme, Ceremix, Pectinex, Ultraflo, Celluclast, Pentopan, Tunicase, Viscozyme at their optimum pHs (pH 5-8) at
