초록
본 연구는 건설업자 들이 건설산업 환경변화에 대응해 지속적인 성장과 보완해야 할 경쟁력 요소는 무엇인가에 대한 해답을 제시함으로써, 생존 및 성장 전략수립을 위한 지침을 제공하는데 목적을 두고, TQM의 구성요인을 리더십과 교육 훈련 그리고 참여로, 기업성과는 품질로 인식하여 이들 변인들 간의 인과관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, TQM성공요인 중 종업원의 참여는 품질이라는 기업성과에 직접적인 경로를 통해 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다 둘째, TQM성공요인과 기업성과(품질)간 인과관계가 정(+)의 인과관계를 가지고 있다. 이를 종합해 볼 때, 기업성과를 극대화시키기 위해서는 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 TQM을 성공적으로 정착시켜야 할 것이다.
This study has provided the answer which construction companies to make complete competitive factors for sustainable growth in construction industry with to 21C environment changes. So the purpose of study is to provide a guideline for establishing the strategy of existence and growth. In order to carry out this purpose of study, above all after has been reviewed Quality Management by considering the characteristics of construction companies, TQM(Total Quality Management) component and business performance, the study has been made a close inquiry in causal relationship between TQM component(leadership, education.training, participation) and business performance(quality) in construction industry. The result of the study can be summarized as follows: First, a test was conducted to whether TQM component(participation) has a significantly positive effect on business performance(quality). Second, it was found that there was a positive casual relationship between each of the TQM factors and business performance(quality). TQM factors had great influences on the business performance of construction companies. So construction companies needed to make continuous efforts to enhance the business performance through TQM approach.
