Abstract

이동통신 SoC 설계는 통신, 반도체, 컴퓨터 등 IT 기술의 학제간 융합이 가장 활발히 실현되는 선도적 위치를 차지하고 있다. 본고에서는 시대적 흐름과 기술적 주요 이슈를 중심으로 이동 통신 SoC설계 기술, 모뎀 주요 블록, 시스템 통합 기술의 현재와 미래에 대해 산업체에서의 개발 경험을 바탕으로 폭넓게 고찰하고 향후 방향과 해결책을 모색하고자한다.
