A Theoretical Study about Creativity in Organizations

Abstract

In this study, toward a theory of creativity in organizations. In order to attain the objective of this study, a theory was review on the basis of preceding studies. Organizational creativity has yet studied in organizations. Therefore, in this study investigated literatures that appear to enhance and restrain creativity. Finally, I've discussed not only summary but also the direction of future study.
