[ $H_2$ ] Controller Design of the Plate Vibration System using Piezoceramics

압전체를 이용한 평판 진동체의 $H_2$ 제어기 설계

Abstract

This paper is concerned with $H_2$ control design for active vibration control of a plate vibration system. We construct a plate vibration system with a plate, PZT ceramics actuators and sensors. The plate titration system is MIMO system and its transfer matrix is obtained by system identification experiments. We design a $H_2$ controller using the state space model obtained from system identification. Effectiveness and performance of the designed controller are verified by both simulation and experiment results.

본 논문에서는 압전세라믹 가진기와 검출기를 부착한 평판 진동 시스템을 구축하고 이를 효과적으로 제어하기 위한 $H_2$ 제어기 설계기법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 실험에서 사용한 평판 시스템은 2개의 입력과 2개의 출력이 있는 다변수 시스템이며 정확한 전달행렬을 구하기 위하여 시스템 식별 실험을 수행하였다. 시스템 식별로부터 얻어진 평판 진동 시스템의 상태 공간 모델을 이용하여 $H_2$ 제어기를 설계하고, 설계된 $H_2$ 제어기의 제어 성능은 시뮬레이션과 실제 실험을 통해 입증하였다.
