Abstract
A simple method of isotherm determination for HPLC is discussed. The equilibrium-dispersive model describing the behavior of elution peaks in HPLC for single component is solved numerically by using PDE solver Macsyma
HPLC 칼럼을 사용하여 단일성분의 등온흡착 곡선을 구하는 실험을 수행하였으며, 파라미터를 계산하기 위하여 equilibrium-dispersive model을 Macsyma
