고고도에서의 정점체공 능력을 기반으로 각종 관측 및 통신중계 업무를 수행할 수 있는 중형비행선 개발에 필수적으로 요구되는 증명제도 중 형식증명을 위한 각 나라별 기술기준들을 비교 분석하였음.
