Development of Fuse Box Assembly Machine for Automobile

승용자동차용 휴즈 박스 조립기 개발에 관한 연구

This paper provides that improve productivity of fuse box assembly processing. It is the most difficult processing that automated receptacle assembly job for fuse box assembly. Most of these assembly processing has been made of fuse insert procedure to circuit board by hand-operated. Therefore this study develops the automative fuse box assembly machine for feeding each fuse model automatically.

이 논문은 승용차용에 사용되는 휴즈박스 자동조립기의 개발에 관한 연구로서 기존 시스템은 휴즈를 낱개로 수동 공급하여 스위치의 조작에 의해 압입하여 조림하였으나 이 연구에서는 자동공급피더에 의해 휴즈를 자동으로 공급시키고 센서의 감지에 의한 자동 압입을 실시하는 장치로써 생산성을 대폭 향상시킨 것이라 할 수 있다.
