Abstract
To develop a selection system for regenerating plants from transformed tissues, effects of four antibiotics (kanamycin, hygromycin, carbenicillin, cefotaxime) and herbicide (phosphinotricin) on shoot regeneration from cotyledon and hypocotyl explants of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L. ssp. pekinensis) were studied.
