Abstract
This study was carried out to analyse the nutrient composition of grape seeds and to assess as a plant oil source. Mean values of nutrient contents were as follows: moisture 10.1%, crude protein 11.7%, crude fat 29.7%, crude ash 2.53%, total sugar 4.38
