Contactless DC Circuit Breakers Using MOS-controlled Thyristors
초록
Circuit breakers have traditionally employed mechanical methods to interrupt excessive currents. According to power semiconductor technology advances in power electronic device, some mechanical breakers are replaced with solid state equivalents.
