해면효과익(WIG)선의 특성 및 해군력 증강 활용에 관한 소고

Abstract

본 연구는 대전 계롱대에서 개최된 '99 조함 세미나에서 발표된 내용이다. 해면효과익선의 특성, 발전배경, 경제성 및 문제점등에 대해서 언금하고 한국해군력 증강 활용방안에 대해서 언급하였다. 원고의 내용순서는 다음과 같다.
