생체적합성이 뛰어난 Hydroxyapatite(HAp)를 Wet Chemical Process로 만든 후 Ion Beam Assisted Deposition (IBAD)를 이용하여 Ti-6Al-4V의 표면에 coating 시켰다. 그런후 5ppm, 10ppm, 20ppm, 100ppm의
