Abstract
This experiment was conducted to obtain the basis of degradation of remaining agricultural chemicals accumulated in upland soils of Honam district in Korea. The population. relative growth rate(RGR). chlorothalonil(TPN)-degradation ability and bacterialogical characteristics of TPN resistant strains were investigated in TPN levels of 0, 25, 50, 100 and
토양(土壤)에 축적(蓄積)되어 있는 잔류농약의 분해에 활용(活用)하고자 호남지역 밭토양에 분포하는 Chlorothalonl내성균(耐性菌)의 밀도(密度)를 서로다른 농도별로 Mancozeb를 대조(對照)로 하여 조사하고 각(各) Chlorothalonil농도(濃度)에 내성(耐性)을 지닌 균주를 분리하여 약제 분해정도와 생리적 특성을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 약제(藥劑) 내성(耐性) 세균수(細菌數)는 TPN과 Mancozeb
