Application of Information Technology using Theory of Constraints

In Competitive environment Information Technology applications have the potential to create competitive advantage. This study is attemp to explain the impact of the TOC and Information Technology in Operations management. With the application of the TOC Pricinples to Information Technology, it is easy to exploit efficiently industrial organizations' constraints and elevate its constaints. The objective of this study descrive a structure of TOC, necessity of Information technology, and alignment of TOC and Information Technology.
