Fine Crushing Characteristics of Concrete Wastes

콘크리트 건설폐기물 중에서 재활용이 가능한 천연골재(모래, 자갈)를 분리하기 위하여 분쇄특성을 조사하였다. 30mm이하의 파쇄물을 롤분쇄기와 함마분쇄기를 사용하여 분쇄한 결과, 시멘트콘크리트가 아스팔트콘크리트보다 미세한 입자크기로 분쇄되는 반면, 함마분쇄물이 롤분쇄물보다 골재와 기타물질간 분리가 양호하게 나타났다. 분쇄한 콘크리트를 다시 Shaking table을 사용하여 비중분리실험한 결과, 70∼90% 이상의 높은 천연골재 함유율을 얻을 수 있었다.
