Abstract
Background : To obtain the useful parameters in quantification of doxorubicin and its active metabolite transit from blood into ascites and vice versa, we analysed drug concentration data of plasma and ascitic fluid in gastric cancer patients after intravenous administration of doxorubicin. Method : Plasma and ascitic fluids were serially collected upto 48 hours in 4 gastric cancer patients having peritoneal seeding after intravenous administration of
배경 : 복강내 암 전이가 있는 환자의 적정항암요법을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자, doxorubicin 전신 투여시 doxorubicin과 그 활성형 대사물인 doxorubicinol의 복수이행에 관련한 분포 특성을 검토하고자 하였다. 방법 : 복강내 암전이가 있는 4명의 위암환자를 대상으로
