정보사회(情報社會)에 있어서 서적상(書籍商)은 도서관(圖書館)과 출판사(出版社)의 정보중간자(情報中間者)로서의 그 역할이 증대되기 시작하였으며 서적상(書籍商)의 전산화(電算化)를 통해 궁극적으로 정보(情報)네트워크와 효율적인 정보관리(情報管理)를 이룰 수 있다. 서적상(書籍商) 전산화(電算化)의 방법(方法)과 문제점(問題點) 그리고 현재 개발중인 시스템의 내용(內容)을 통하여 더 나은 개선을 꾀하여 보았다.

In the information society, it is needed that bookstore is computerized to perform its role as the intermediator of library and publisher. Ultimately, makes it possible the information network and the effective management of information system. The present system is introduced and the methodology and problems are discussed.
