Abstract
The frequency characteristic of iron loss under 2D excitation is measured for cubic silicon steel from 10 to 200 Hz with various 2D conditions The hysteresis loss is increased to double under the rotational flux condition compared with the alternating flux condition The total loss per exciting cycle increases more then proportional against frequency because of the anomaly loss existence.
