인체기능 측정장치를 설계한 것으로 체온계를 계수형 계기로 설계보험하였고, 맥박과 혈압측정장치 설계를 위한 기초실험을 하였다. 종래의 복잡한 아날로그식의 변환과정을 모두 제거하고, 온도제어 주파수변환회로를 설계하여, 직접 온도에서 주파수로 A/D 변환을 행하였다. 기온범위에서 ±0.05℃의 오차한계를 얻었다.
