Abstract
This glucose isomerizing enzyme, which Actinomyces sp. (strain, K-17) produced, was inhibited by citrate, oxalate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and cysteine on the enzyme reaction. This enzyme isomerized xylose to ketose as well as glucose. The Michaelis constant of this enzyme was
본(本) 실험(實驗)에 사용(使用)한 공시균(供試菌)인 방선균류(放線菌類)의 K-17균주(菌株)가 생성(生咸)하는 이성화(異性化) 효소(酵素)가 작용시(作用時) 효소학적(酵素學的) 성질(性質) 몇 가지와, Xylose를 첨가(添加)하지 않은 배지상(培地上)에서 얻은 Enzyme Activity 가 낮은 생균체(生菌體)를 Xylose 용액(溶液)에 처리(處理)하므로써 Enzyme Activity가 높은 생균체(生菌體)를 얻을 수 있었다. 이들의 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 1. 효소작용시(酵素作用時)
