초록
This paper will discuss the experimental result for the monitoring module that enables analysing breakdown by adding the monitoring circuit to our prototype power supply that temporarily saves electrical status of the main parts. The purpose of this experiments with various power supplies were to provide technical background for quick assumption of causes and to suggest the method for analysing them.
