The effect of Dealing Activities against Techno-Stress on Smart-Works Performance in Smart Works Environments.

스마트워크 환경에서 테크노스트레스에 대한 대처행위가 스마트워크 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Todays, many public institutes and corporations are constructing smart-works centers with high tech remote task system. In spite of the strong points on the smart works system, these can cause techno-stress on users. In this point, this paper is to understand the effect of dealing activities against techno-stress on smart-works performance in smart works environments. While many studies on ICT and information system have been focusing on performance, it is considering personal factors to impede system success and performance.

현재 많은 공공기관 및 민간기업에서 첨단 원격 업무시스템을 갖춘 스마트워크센터를 지역별로 구축하여 시 공간 제약없는 근무할 수 있는 환경을 구축하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 사용자에게 테크노스트레스를 겪게 하는 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워크 사용자에게 발생하는 테크노스트레스와 이에 대한 대처행위가 스마트워크 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 지금까지 ICT와 정보시스템에 관한 연구들은 ICT 성공에 관한 측면만을 주로 고려하였으나 본 연구는 정보시스템의 성공을 저해하는 개인적 요인을 고려하고자 하였다.
