Development of Process Management Manual for Quality Improvement of Green Building

The construction of green building has distinct charicteristics by work classification by applying green technologies. Thus if the new technologies are applied to construction, unskiiled worker can experience construction time delay, reconstruction occurrence and quality decrease because of mistakes during the construction and work progress. For this background, we establish the work progress manual to secure quality and performance during the construction phase of green building and provide method to be used in the construction sight operation.
