Design Elements & Characteristic of Route Maps for Underground Railways

Railway route maps including subways is a guide map which offers transport information as well as cartographic diagrams and is not only a way of communication, but it should give also concrete image and pleasing form. The elements of route map should meet satisfaction requirement condition and design attributes with aesthetic principles.
