120mm 전차탄용 모사 장치에서의 점화 특성

본 연구는 투명한 120미리 전차포 약실 모사장치를 통하여 수행했다. 모사장치에서의 포미와 탄저(전위)의 압력 상승은 PCB 압력 센스로 측정하였다. 여러 종류의 신형 120미리 전차탄 개발에 이와 같은 장치를 이용되고 있다. 120mm 전차탄에서 초기 강내탄도의 점화현상에 대하여 관찰 분석하였다. 이는 점화제의 기능 화염 전파 그리고 약실 내부의 압력파 형성을 이해할 수 있게 한다.

This study was conducted via diagnostics in a transparent 120mm tank gun chamber simulator. Pressure rises at the breech and forward ends of the simulator chamber were measured by using PCB pressure gages. This technique has been used to develope of various advanced HEAT and KE rounds of 120mm tank gun. In the studies, many ignition phenomena occurring during the early phase of the ballistic cycle was observed and analyzed. It can provide insights into the functioning of the igniter, flame spreading, and formation of pressure waves in the gun chamber.
