Abstract

This paper is to analyze the changes in telecommunications market in Europe after its liberalization, to identify regulatory issues, and to withdraw its implications by examining the Seventh Report on the Implementation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Package issued by European Council.

본 논문은 유럽위원회가 작년 11월에 발표한 $\ulcorner$통신 규제정책 실행에 관한 제7차 보고서$\lrcorner$ 를 통하여 통신시장 자유화에 따른 EU 통신 시장의 변화를 분석하고, 현재 EU에서 적용되고 있는 규제의 기본 원칙과 규제 동향을 살펴봄으로써 EU 통신시장이 안고 있는 향후 과제와 그 시사점을 고찰해보고자 한다.
