식물세포배양을 통한 Human lnterleukin-12의 생산

We produced human IL-12, which is consisted of p35 and p40 subunits through tobacco cell suspension culture. In batch culture, the maximum hIL -12 production of 180.5 ${\mu}g/L$ was obtained in 5days after inoculation. The effect of gelatin on the production of hIL-12 was also tested.
