Abstract

This paper briefly reviews magneto-optic spatial light modulators (MOSLMs) developed so far and discusses the design concepts, issues concerning its fabrication, and performances of a new MOSLM based on one-dimensional magnetophotonic crystal (1D-MPC). (omitted)
