Abstract
This paper analyzes the torque characteristics with the structure of magnetostatic wobble motor and then compares the torque characteristics of magnetostatic wobble motor with those of electrostatic wobble motor using F.E.M. Through the results, we investigates how design parameters' change affect torque characteristics.
